Matt Beaudreau

Matt Beaudreau is a nationally recognized speaker, educator, and entrepreneur who is leading a bold movement to rebuild education and masculinity from the ground up. As the founder of Apogee Strong, Matt has created a global mentorship and education platform designed to equip boys, men, and families with the mindset, skills, and structure they need to thrive in a world increasingly hostile to traditional values.

Matt’s journey began inside the very system he would later challenge—first as a teacher and administrator in both public and private schools, and later as a staff member at Stanford University. With a deep insider’s perspective, he witnessed how traditional education—what he calls the “conveyor belt model”—failed to prepare students for real life. Despite producing academically accomplished students, the system was leaving young people emotionally unprepared, lacking life skills, financial literacy, physical vitality, and a sense of purpose.

That realization led Matt to walk away from institutional education and dedicate his life to something better. What followed was the creation of Apogee Strong—a multi-pronged initiative that includes mentorship programs for young men and women, fathers and mothers, and a fast-growing network of Apogee campuses offering full-life education for families. Under Matt’s leadership, Apogee now supports thousands of individuals across the globe through its affiliate campuses, rites of passage experiences, community leadership training, and curriculum rooted in real-world readiness.

Matt is also the host of The Essential 11 podcast, a two-time TEDx speaker, and a sought-after guest on platforms focused on parenting, masculinity, education, and leadership. His work has earned him the respect of figures like Tim Kennedy, Mike Glover, and Bedros Keuilian, many of whom actively mentor within the Apogee ecosystem.

At the heart of Matt’s message is a call for men to lead their families with strength, humility, and intention. He believes that education is not a system—it’s a way of life, and that parents are the first and most important educators their children will ever have. Through Apogee, he’s helping families everywhere reclaim that truth and design lives of legacy, freedom, and honor.

Matt currently lives with his wife and three children on a farm in North Carolina, where they live out the values he teaches—discipline, self-reliance, faith, and family above all.
